Our room was large and spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable and enormous!
With the exception of maybe one or two members of staff, we found them to be pretty miserable! A smile and a friendly 'hola!' would vastly improve the atmosphere - accordingly we weren't made to feel desperately welcome. You're basically paying for a large room with an okay breakfast, but no extra frills. I stayed at another hotel on the Galapagos for 2 nights after leaving here - this hotel is overpriced.

Far from the town center, swimming pool dirty impossible to use! Very Expensive for the service given

Good location. Bathroom smell in one room. Staff very cooperative& helpful. .
Hotel needs to accept. Us credit cards or make it easy to pay rather than cash. Finally accepted PayPal .

It is close to charles Dárwin avenue, although Its neighborhood is ugly
The Services are Very bad, the staff is not helpful and the hotel is dirty.
